There is no sound

Please ensure your headphones are not plugged in. Also your phone might be connected with a bluetooth device. The program uses the same output that would be used if you were to play music.

If you have an older iPod Touch it might not have a speaker, in which case the application won't work.

If this doesn't work try rebooting your device.

When I record, there is no sound

If you have an iPod touch, you will need to use an external microphone. Without a mic you won't be able to record.

I can't create an account

You need a minimum of 5 characters for your User ID and password. You must also enter a valid email address.

You need to have an active internet connection on your device. This might be through 3G or WIFI.

I cannot access shared content

You need to have an active internet connection on your device. This might be through 3G or WIFI. The application should warn you if you don't have an active internet connection.
